Love the lightweight ribbed fabric. The drawstring is so much better and non-irritating than any elastic waistband. These are perfect if you suffer from any gastro issues or just want a pair of comfy boxers.

I have been using another brand with drawstrings, but the drawstrings were too thick for underwear. The drawstrings on these underwear are much thinner and still hold excellently. Very good quality.

The brief are soft, functional,wel fitting, and no allergy to the material.

I don't have IBS. But I have always been very sensitive to the way elastic presses on my stomach. Most elastic underwear makes me nauseous when sitting, and so I've always had to buy underwear that's a lot larger than actually fits me. Or various other ideas like cutting the elastic, or pulling them down low, or at home even using my hand to hold the elastic pressure off. I've thrown out a lot of otherwise good underwear.

I had the idea that what I really needed was a drawstring, and after some googling I found this company. They work! I've bought both the older design (which I was happy with), and now the new improved design. The orientation of the new fly design works better for me. The general cut of them also now fits me better, especially around the legs and butt. I like the new material more as well. The new drawstring type holds its knot better. I bought a bunch more of these! I couldn't be happier that I discovered this brand.

I love these. I bought four and will buy another set of 10+ (I am not kidding). It's perfect for IBS. Also organic cotton is great for male health. Just an overall great product with a great mission. THak you

Not just for people with an IB diagnosis. Some of us have simply been sensitive to the way elastic presses on our tummies for our whole life. I'm fine with normal elastic underwear while standing and moving around, but when I sit, it makes me nauseous within minutes, and I have to jamb a thumb in there to take the pressure off. Or cut the elastic, or whatever else I have to do. Simply buying larger elastic underwear does NOT work, usually. But this brand does work, and surprisingly well.

Now I am impressed and a complete fan.
The quality, design, and fit of these underwear is beyond compare. The comfort of not having an elastics waistband is amazing.

Most suppliers use cotton drawstring. If you you nylon, it is not 100percent cotton underwear and may cause skin itching.

It took a while to find a product that did not cause itching; the underwear I purchased has great quality and the product is definitely as described. The customer service was extraordinary. I would highly recommend this company and product, my impression is caring customer service.

I really like these… at first I ordered a size that shrunk when I washed them. I contacted them and they immediately sent out a replacement pair. Great customer service and a great product… I’ve ordered another pair and look forward to receiving them!

I like them, but they shrunk up when washed. I contacted them and the sent a bigger size out quickly and without hassle. These fit much better. I do like the pocket in the front that makes it easy to use the restroom, but I’m still not sure about the draw strings… overall, they are great and comfortable
